Where do you come from?
I come from the county of West Midlands, in a town called Wolverhampton, and moved to Leeds in 1996.
What is your favourite subject?
My favourite subject is Art and Design where I can show off my creative skills. I love being creative with colours and bring art to life.
What is your favourite food?
Indian Food. I love spicy food full of flavour, colour and many tastes. My favourite dishes are lamb curry and okra!
What is your favourite animal?
Sloths! They simply just hang around and take life so easy. Eating and sleeping all day long seems like hard work for sloths!
What is your favourite sport?
To be honest, I’m not a very sporty person! I do occasionally go to the gym and enjoy the treadmill. I have tried other sports… but it’s just not me!
Why did you want to become a teaching assistant?
I have always enjoyed looking after people – young and old. Children are fascinating and all individuals, bursting with energy to learn… and have fun! When I see children develop it makes me so proud.
